Adourn is a curated boutique offering re-habbed vintage and

antique furniture, distinctive décor, handmade goods, jewelry,

and unique gifts.

Our original shop is located in the historic district of Chatfield, Minnesota, and we’re proud to bring our creative spirit to

Downtown Red Wing, where our newest location sits among

the city’s vibrant shops, architecture, and riverfront charm.

We also provide custom furniture painting and building,

 interior design consultations, wedding and event design,

and creative workshops.

About Smith + Trade Mercantile

Smith + Trade Mercantile was founded in 2019 by Kelli Kaufer—interior designer, curator, and longtime Lead Designer for HGTV and DIY Network. Over her 15 years designing more than 250 remodel shows, Kelli relied on custom artisan pieces to create trend-setting, one-of-a-kind spaces. Through this work, she saw how challenging it was for makers to share their craft and grow a following, and the

idea for the Mercantile was born.

With the support of her husband Paul, Kelli created a space where artisans could launch their businesses and build their brands alongside the Smith + Trade name. The shop continued to thrive—even through COVID—expanding in 2022 to a larger location and growing from 40 to more than 100 “Smiths.”

Today, Smith + Trade Mercantile remains committed to uplifting Minnesota makers, with plans to open additional locations to support creative communities across the state.

At Smith + Trade, every handmade piece comes with a face, a story, and the passion of the person who created it.
